Background
• NetOne is a leading technology services Group based in Lusaka, Zambia. Since its inception is 2007 the group has grown to be Zambia’s leading technology service provider offering a range of solutions including client computing and enterprise business solutions with long standing relationships with leading OEM manufacturers across the ICT sector. NetOne owns and operates Zambia’s first Tier III carrier neutral data offering colocation services, infrastructure as a service and software as service. NetOne also owns and operates the Swish Pay platform enabling digital payments from consumer to merchant through its integrations with Visa, MasterCard and Mobile Money platforms. The group continues to innovate in launching new products to the Zambian market and is therefore looking to grow our team!

Responsibilities
The duties of the job will include but are not restricted to:
• Identify new Merchants to attain onboarding of such merchants to adopt Swish Pay as a preferred payment solution for their operations.
• Leverage prospect and contract new merchants and partners by presenting the appropriate solutions that speaks to the specific merchant business propositions
• Work with existing Swish Pay merchants in driving increased utilization of the Swish Pay platform at respective merchant sites.
• Work with Merchant management, retail operations and front line staff of the merchant in providing training and solutions that will result in the use of Swish Pay across the Merchants’ retail footprint.
• Work with existing and new merchants in building strategic growth transactional volume growth plans and follow through on these plans to ensure execution.
• Represent the company in various events, socializing events and other activities and facilitate the promotion and branding of the company, its products/ services.
• Make recommendations and provide inputs on strategic elements from feedback received from Merchants and Customer.
• Ensure branding such as till codes, posters and payment enabling collateral is visibly present at all retail locations being managed.
• Maintain merchants’ relationships to ensure continuous transactional growth.
• Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions within the group.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
The following knowledge, skills, and abilities may be acquired through a combination of formal schooling, self-education, prior experience, or on-the-job training.
• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing
• FMCG sales experience will be an added advantage.
• Have a winning attitude that is pleasant and engaging.
• Focused, accountable, responsible and committed to success.
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Proactive approach with a high level of attention to detail
• Must be systematic and results oriented personality
• MUST HAVE a valid driving license with 2 years plus driving experience.
• Ability to ride a Motorbike is an added advantage.
• Valid passport
