JOB DETAILS:
Our Client, one of the leading insurance brokers, is looking for an individual to fill the position of Business development Manager who will be able to do the following;

MAIN DUTIES WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING :
• Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.
• Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives.
• Researching prospective accounts in target markets.
• Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle.
• Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients.
• Working on Insurance tenders
• Maintaining and improving stakeholder relationships

JOB QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE
• Degree in Marketing or any business course
• Certificate in Insurance
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in similar role

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
• Knowledge of the insurance industry
• Ability to exceed set targets
• Sound business acumen, resourceful and good analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lead, manage and develop staff
• Proper time management
• Valid driver’s license
• Any membership affiliation will be an added advantage
