Position Overview
• As a Business Development Manager for the firm, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of the business by identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to expand their client portfolio, foster client relationships, and contribute to the overall success of the firm.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and targeted outreach.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations to effectively communicate our services and value proposition.
Strategic Planning:
• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute business development strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making.
Relationship Building:
• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry influencers.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and successful project delivery.
Proposal Development:
• Prepare and present compelling proposals, tailored to the unique needs of prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that address client challenges and objectives.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics.
• Provide regular reports to the leadership team on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.

Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the marketing or advertising industry.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Skills:
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to think strategically and contribute to the development of business strategies.
• Familiarity with marketing trends, digital advertising, and emerging technologies.

Team Player:
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute positively to the company culture.
