We are on the lookout for an energetic and results-driven Business Development Officer to spearhead our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sustainable transportation and have a knack for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Your role will be crucial in expanding our market presence and fostering strategic partnerships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new partners and expand our user base.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand the competitive landscape.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, community organizations, and transportation agencies.
• Work closely with the marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns that align with our growth objectives.
• Analyze data to track performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize our business development efforts.
• Attend networking events, conferences, and workshops to promote our carpooling services and build brand awareness.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving business goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Access.
The Ideal Candidate should Possess the Following Additional Skills:
• Proficiency in graphic design, with the ability to create visually appealing presentations and marketing materials.
• Solid understanding of social media marketing and experience managing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Experience with SEO best practices and the ability to analyze and optimize web content for maximum visibility and ranking in search engines.
• Knowledge of Google Ads with a track record of managing effective PPC campaigns.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Access for data analysis and reporting.
