FSD Zambia’s work to deepen financial inclusion for all, especially the most vulnerable, aligns with national and global strategies towards inclusive economic growth and poverty reduction. FSD Zambia recognizes that economically empowering women is key to achieving broader development goals such as economic growth, poverty reduction, health, education, welfare and promoting women’s rights. FSD Zambia’s women’s economic empowerment interventions respond to constraints of economic inequalities and gender access gaps to finance and economic resources.

FSD Zambia proposes to leverage its work on improving women’s access to financial services to support them further in acquiring financial knowledge and skills. To realize the above objective, FSD Zambia seeks to facilitate the training of Savings group women in Business Development Services (entrepreneurship) training to build their financial capabilities and enable them to capture business and funding opportunities from the government and private sector.

The Assignment
FSD Zambia seeks the services of an experienced consultant with an excellent track record in inclusive Finance, Business Development Services, Financial Education, Community mobilisation, training and content development to take up to package Business Development Services (BDS) and training content for selected trainers of trainers in Luapula and Eastern provinces
