JOB DETAILS:
Main purpose of the job: To formulate and implement promotional & marketing programs and co-ordinate customer services. Responsible and accountable to: Training and Consultancy Manager. .

  Principal Accountabilities (main duties)
• To formulate and once approved, implement promotional and marketing policies and programs of the institute.
• To be responsible for student recruitment.
• To initiate and maintain communication between the institute and the formal and informal sectors on issues relating to the operations of the institute.
• To improve course awareness and develop more in-depth understanding of the institutes’ services to potential students and customers
• To conduct market research to ascertain the training needs for LIBES.
• Collecting and correlating statistical data relating to LIBES customers and students.
• To facilitate on marketing programs when need arises

Knowledge and skill requirements
• Degree in Marketing or equivalent
• Three years’ experience in marketing/promotional activities in reputable organisation.
• Computer literacy.
• A driving license (Manual) will be added advantage
