• CareStar Zambia is a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering exceptional healthcare services to our communities. As we continue to expand our operations, we recognize the importance of optimizing our business processes to better serve our patients and partners. We are seeking a Business Solutions Specialist to join our team and drive innovation in our operations.

Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement.
2. Analyze data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing processes.
3. Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.
4. Lead and participate in project teams to execute process improvement initiatives.
5. Evaluate and recommend software solutions to support business process automation.
6. Conduct training and provide support to employees for the successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
7. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making adjustments as needed.

Qualifications: –
1. Proven experience in business process improvement, project management, or a related field.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.-
4. Familiarity with process mapping and workflow analysis.
5. Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
7. Knowledge of the healthcare industry is advantageous.
