JOB DETAILS:
Qualifications:
• Degree or HND in Purchasing and Supply.
• Knowledge of SAP MM Module.
• Knowledge of public procurement.
• 5 O Level passes.
• 5 years working experience in a mining setup.
• High levels of integrity.

Responsibilities:
• Processing Purchase Requisitions, Request for Quotations, tenders, and direct purchase orders.
• Conducting adjudications for submitted quotations and tenders.
• Ensuring compliance of vendors and suppliers to user and procedural requirements.
• Procuring spares, consumables, and services within the mine threshold limit in accordance with the PPDPA Act.
• Timeous procurement of critical spares, inputs, and other time-sensitive goods or services.
• Procurement planning.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
