JOB DETAILS:
Herders @ Montrose in Monze is looking for an experienced Manager to run its bar and restaurant.
The ideal candidate should have atleast three years’ experience in similar capacity. S/he should have relevant qualifications in hotel and tourism and should readily demonstrate ability to put in place and manage procedures for stock and cash control.
Traceable references will be required.

The candidate should demonstrate ability to manage a staff compliment of 12 people beneath them and should also demonstrate ability to prepare reports on daily basis.
A grade 12 certificate with atleast 5 credits is a must.
