Overview
The Zambia National Education Coalition (ZANEC) is a Coalition of 81 non-state actors working in the Education and Skills Sector mainly focusing on research, advocacy and member capacity building. Our mission is serve as a Coalition of education organizations promoting quality and inclusive education for all through research, influencing education policy and building capacities of education CSOs. ZANEC is inviting applications from established and reputable companies in Zambia to register as suppliers for goods and services for the year 2022.
1. Supplies – General
• Office Stationery
• General Office Supplies (Groceries)
• Office Furniture
• Protective Clothing
• Motor vehicles accessories
• Fire extinguishers
• Printing services
2. Office Equipment and Accessories
• Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Photocopying Machines, etc.
• Toners, toner cartridges, storage devices and other accessories.
3. Construction
• Building materials
• Office maintenance
4. Provision of various services
• Research and Consultancy
• Services (IEC materials, banners, brochures, policy briefs, position papers and other relevant publications).
• Transport services, e.g. trucks, taxis.
• Security.
• Insurance cover for all assets.
• Servicing and maintenance of IT equipment and office networks.
• Website maintenance
• Provision of IT and network services.
• Pastel maintenance services
• Fuel and lubricants service stations
• Motor vehicle service & repair services including panel beating and supply of parts

Job application procedure
Interested companies should submit their expression of interest (EOI) which should include: cover letter (expressing interest and specifying category applied for), company profiles (clearly stating the physical address, telephone lines, valid E-MAIL address, certificate of incorporation or registration, VAT registration and tax clearance certificates, and proof of past & current trade references.
All suppliers that are currently supplying goods/services to ZANEC must re-apply with all documentation attached as mentioned above.
All applications must be deposited in the Box stationed at ZANEC Offices, Plot No.3061/62 Makishi Road Lusaka, Baptist Fellowship Building or sent via email to admin@zanec.org.zm with the caption Vendors Registration [specify category here].
