Role Description
• Swiss Guard Security Services is seeking a full-time, on-site Cash Processing Centre Manager for our Lusaka Province, Zambia location. The Cash Processing Centre Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the Cash Processing Centre, including managing staff, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and maintaining financial records. This role involves working closely with the management team to ensure that cash operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Proven experience in cash management and processing, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial software
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in managing a team and dealing with customers
• Experience in the security industry is a plus
