Role Description
• We are looking for a full-time Cash Processing Centre Supervisor to join our team on-site in Lusaka Province, Zambia. The Cash Processing Centre Supervisor will oversee and manage all aspects of cash processing operations, including staffing, training, scheduling, and workflow planning. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of cash and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in the field of cash management, cash processing, treasury, or banking
• Proven experience in managing a team, including setting KPIs, goal setting, task management, and coaching
• Excellent attention to detail, and organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to make effective decisions
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Experience with cash handling equipment and software, and a working knowledge of security protocols and procedures
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, work under pressure and meet deadlines
