Job Description:
• KSM MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT, the largest HR firm in Zambia recently acquired GOZAMBIAJOBS.CO.ZM, becoming the largest recruitment platform in the country is now actively looking to recruit a CASHIER in the Hospitality Industry.

Do You Have What It Takes?
• The CASHIER will be responsible for interacting with customers and accepting payment from them for products and services provided.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Welcoming customers, answering their questions, helping them locate items, and providing advice or recommendations.
• Operating scanners, scales, cash registers, and other electronics.
• Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales.
• Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and proving a receipt to every customer.
• Processing refunds and exchanges, resolving complaints.
• Bagging or wrapping purchases to ensure safe transport.
• Balances cash drawer by counting cash at the beginning and end of work shift

Education & Experience
• Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a cashier or similar role.
• Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
• High level of energy with strong customer service skills.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Exceptional time management, communication, and customer service skills.
