JOB DETAILS:
Cashier
Reports to: Accountant/Hospital Administrator
Location: Lusaka-Woodlands, Kawama road
Position Summary
As a Cashier, you will be responsible to help the clinic maximize revenue growth through prudent financial management and innovations to secure clinic resources as we aim to provide high-quality care to our clients.

Roles and responsibilities
• Receive payments and issue receipts
• Daily banking of funds
• Petty Cash Management
• Invoicing
• Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies to the supervisor
• Follow ups of payments with insurance companies in collaboration with the accountant
• Ensure weekly, monthly and quarterly reports are prepared, action points attended to timely and final reports shared with board of directors
• Skills
• Must have Knowledge of Basic computer skills i.e Microsoft Excel, Word
• Knowledge of an accounting package (QuickBooks) preferred.
• Good customer relations
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Familiar with electronic payment methods such as point of sale
• Cash management skills
• Diploma in accounting or equivalent
• Member of ZICA
• More than 1 year experience
