Cashiers
Armaguard Security Limited invites applications from suitably qualified members of the public to fill the vacant positions of Cashiers in the following towns:
• Lusaka
• Kitwe
• Ndola
• Solwezi
• Kasumbalesa
• Mansa
• Kasama

Primary Duties:
• Handle the day-to-day customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, wage packaging, and any other cash-related transactions assigned.
• Assist customers with processing transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
• Resolve complaints or account discrepancies and attend to customer queries.
• Inform customers about any product/service offering by the company.
• Track, record, and store information related to transactions and customers ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
• Maintain and balance cash received, paid out, and reconcile any discrepancies.
• Keep a clean, organized work area and maintain a professional appearance.
• Handle currency transactions and confidential information in a responsible manner.
• Generate reports related to the transactions done.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Grade 12 Certificate with 5 credits or better in Mathematics and English.
• A minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration, Accounts, or any related field.
• A minimum of one-year work experience in a cash-related work environment.
• Clean criminal and credit reference bureau.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Efficiency.
• Computer literacy.
• Time management skills.
