Key Responsibilities:
As a Cattle Farm Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in our farm’s success. Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing day-to-day operations of the cattle farm, ensuring the well-being of the animals.
• Supervising and leading a team of farm workers and ensuring they meet their daily tasks and responsibilities.
• Implementing best practices for cattle health, nutrition, and reproduction.
• Overseeing the maintenance of farm equipment and facilities.
• Monitoring and reporting on cattle performance, health, and growth.
• Collaborating with farm management to develop and execute farm strategies.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant agricultural regulations and safety protocols.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should have:
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in cattle farm management or supervision.
