JOB DETAILS:
Overview
Reporting to Head, Digital and Alternate Channels, s/he will perform the responsibility of:
• To ensure the systematic and effectual deployment of new channels and modifications to the existing channels products such as USSD, Access Mobile, Access Online, Debit.
• To development strategies to drive customer onboarding and usage of digital and alternate channels products.
• To ensure the implementation of all channel products such as Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Remittances, liability and consumer finance product in the bank.
• To ensure the sign off of all new channel products within project timeline.
• To ensure nationwide Product knowledge training for newly-introduced products within the first month of launch.
• To conduct monthly and quarterly channels performance reviews and profitability monitoring.
• To generate informative and up to date competition analysis of the top 10 Banks in the country.
• To carry out a ‘year-end’ review of product performance for improvement or outright rationalization.

Qualification and Skills:
• First degree in any relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience with at least 2 in Product Development Preferable
• Excellent Business Development and Management
• Strong Analytical skills
• Advance marketing & sales skills
• Knowledge and understanding of the Retail Banking market
