JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities:
• Set the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment’s
• Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients
• Cook food in a timely manner
• Delegate tasks to kitchen staff
• Inform kitchen staff about the daily special meals
• Supervise cooking and give assistant as needed
• Slightly modify recipes to meet customer needs and request
• Monitor food stock and place orders

Requirement:
• Diploma in any related food program
• Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment (e.g. grillers and pasta makers)
• Experience in chinse food preparation
• Advanced knowledge of culinary, baking and pastry techniques
• Proven 2 years work experience as a Chef or Cook
• Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
