JOB DETAILS:
Learning Ladder Montessori School is seeking a dedicated and experienced Class Teacher for our Kabulonga campus responsible for teaching or 3-4 year old children. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:

Qualifications:
• Full TCZ (Teaching Council of Zambia) practicing certificate.
• Minimum three years of work experience in delivering Montessori and Cambridge curriculum.
• Full Grade 12 certificate.
• A minimum of a diploma in early childhood education from a reputable institution.

Skills and Abilities:
• Strong interpersonal and people skills.
• Multitasking abilities to manage a diverse classroom environment effectively.
• Passion for education and a commitment to the holistic development of children.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver Montessori and Cambridge curriculum-based lessons.
• Foster a nurturing and stimulating classroom atmosphere.
• Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support students’ growth.
• Create and maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
• Participate in professional development and school activities.

Level of Education: Associate Degree
