It achieves this mandate through providing entrepreneurial tools and opportunities to its targeted groups in its catchment areas for the beneficiaries to sustain themselves and desist from engaging in businesses that negatively affect climate like cutting down of trees for charcoal, firewood etc.
POSITION: CLIENT TRAINING OFFICERS x 1 (KASAMA DISTRICT)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identification, Training and registration of clients
- Quality portfolio management.
- Daily and weekly report submission
- Compilation and maintenance of Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports
Skills and Other Attributes
- High levels of integrity and confidentiality.
- Trust worthy, reliable, sober minded and Honest.
- Must possess good communication skills.
- Must have good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Able to operate a smart phone.
Qualification(s)
- Must have a full Grade 12 certificate
- Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Community Development, Agriculture, any other social or business-related courses.
- Must have at least 1 year experience in sales and marketing.
- Minimum 2 years hands on experience in Microfinance required.
