JOB DETAILS:
• Job Description Coca-Cola Beverages Zambia represents the world’s most cherished trademark and invests in the most exciting events. Our Office currently has the following opportunities available for a dynamic individual with energy and initiative, keen to impact from the outset. Our office requires the services of a Preventative Maintenance Planner reporting to the CDE Team Leader – Cooler. The incumbent will be responsible for supervising cooler maintenance teams in order to ensure coolers are maintained in good serviceable condition and to ensure optimal availability and performance.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Prepare the weekly and daily CDE schedules
• Plan priorities within CDE maintenance requirements.
• Reschedule and track planned CDE schedules in accordance to the daily and weekly plan to prevent Business interruptions.
• Track KPI performance and make decisions on when to take corrective actions
• Manage process and material lead times.
• Manage supplier performance against SLA
• Control flow of work for internal work centers.
• Optimally plan changes to daily and weekly maintenance plan.
• Ensure that completed job cards are processed and captured in SAP on a daily basis.
• Quality control the work performed by Service Providers.
• Constantly drive and monitor the adherence to Maintenance KPI’s.
• Report on work center efficiency on a daily basis
• Ensure process compliance
• Effectively communicate all planning related to CDE maintenance to the workshop team and internal customers.
• Effectively communicate planning activities and demands relating to materials (spare parts) to the Central spare parts store.
• Effectively communicate changes to planned daily and weekly maintenance plan to all relevant stakeholders
• Update, maintain and report against planning scorecard
• Ensure timely reporting on KPI’s

Skills, Experience & Education
• Grade 12, O level with 5 credits or better.
• Minimum: Diploma in Engineering Qualification Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent
• 3 years’ work experience in an FMCG environment with a deep understanding in planning CDE maintenance/Practical experience as a cooler technician will be an added advantage.
• Fully paid up member of the Engineering Institute of Zambia
• Knowledge of the SC Way Principles and relevant work practice
• Supervisory skills is an added advantage.
