purpose
To ensure the accuracy and authenticity of colleteral documents of all the documents received and assuming accountability in vetting Credit Applications on credit workflow of any amount

experience and qualifications
1. Minimum Qualification – Relevant Business Degree
2. Preference Qualification – Relevant Certificate or Diploma
3. Experience – 1 to 3 years in a related environment

responsibilities
1. Contribute to cost efficiencies through responsible utilisation of work related resources
2. Achieve expected financial targets and uphold associated service levels
3. Deliver customer service through adherence to quality service standards
4. Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation
5. Ensure appropriate credit process flow and document authenticity
6. Diarise and make follow ups on the missing documents
7. Maintain control over the flow of origional documents, adhering to laid down processes
8. Ensure loans are covered by insurance and update business
9. Identify and utilise opportunities to assess and improve own performance
10. Contribute to teamwork and inclusivity within own team
11. Manage team performance in the area of responsibility
