JOB DETAILS:
Our client is currently seeking to hire a commercial sales officer
Responsibilities
• Planning and directing the company’s marketing efforts to ensure brand exposure in target markets
• Evaluating the performance of salespeople and making hiring decisions based on their results
• Preparing budgets, cost estimates, and other financial documents to support proposed projects
• Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote products or services
• Identifying potential clients by contacting companies directly or through trade associations to introduce new products or services or gain new customers
• Conducting training programs to help employees develop the skills they need to succeed in their jobs
• Reviewing sales reports to monitor progress towards goals and identify areas for improvement
• Designing and implementing incentive programs to encourage good performance and increase sales
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring outstanding service delivery
• Oversee administrative tasks related to commercial operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as business administration or marketing etc
• Proficient in CRM software and MS Office suite (Excel, Access and Outlook).
Additional Skills (Preferred):
• Tender preparation.
• Familiarity material sourcing and supply.
