JOB DETAILS:
• Sbeity Computer Limited is a reputable IT services provider company known for delivering high-quality solutions to businesses of all sizes. We are currently seeking a skilled Computer Hardware and Software Technician to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
• Hardware Installation and Maintenance:
Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware components including processors, memory, storage devices, graphics cards, etc.
Conduct regular maintenance and preventive measures on computer systems to ensure optimal performance.
Software Installation and Configuration:
Install, update, and configure operating systems, software applications, and drivers.
Provide technical support for software-related issues and ensure compatibility with hardware components.
Network Setup and Configuration:
Diagnose and Resolve Technical Issues:
perform diagnostic tests to identify hardware and software issues and implement appropriate fixes.
Virus and Malware Protection:
Install, update, and manage antivirus and anti-malware programs to safeguard against security threats.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Computer Hardware and Software Technician or similar role.
Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and proficiency in software installations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent is a plus.
