Zambia Red Cross Society (ZRCS) is a humanitarian aid organization established in 1966 by an act of parliament, CAP 307 of the laws of Zambia, as an auxiliary institution to public authorities to augment government’s efforts in alleviating human suffering amongst those least able to withstand the stress caused by disasters in society.

Zambia Red Cross Society is seeking applications from qualified and interested companies to register as suppliers from 27t^ December 2023 to 31st December 2024.

LOT 1: Supply of Office Stationery & Printing Services

LOT 2: Supply of Office Furniture /Equipment (tables, chairs, filing cabinets, shelves, Aircons etc.)

LOT 3: Printing, Branding and Visibility Materials (Corporate wear, pop up Banners, backdrops, teardrops, diaries, notebooks etc.)

LOT 4: Supply of Non-Food Items (NFl’s) Blankets, Kitchen Sets, Sleeping Mats Buckets, Mosquito Nets, Tarpaulins, Bicycles, Solar Items etc.)

LOT 5: Transportation & Car Hire Services, Air Flight Services, Freight and Local Office Removal

LOT 6: Supply of Health, Medical Supplies / Consumables and Personal Protective Equipment (Chlorine, Sanitary Pads, Hospital beds, Multipurpose Soap, First Aid Kits, First Aid refills, ORS, Zinc Sulphate, Coveralls, Gloves,)

LOT 7: Conferencing, Events and Lodging (Lusaka, Chilanga, Chongwe)

LOT 8: Insurance Services (health insurance, motor vehicles, and equipment)

LOT 9: Vehicle Spares and Repair Services (Batteries, Tyres etc.)

LOT 10: Advertising, Media, Video, and Photography services. LOT 11: Consultancy Services

LOT 12: ICT Services (ICT Supply, repairs, and maintenance)

LOT 13: General Trading — Office repairs (Painting, Plumbing, aircon repairs, minor construction.

LOT 14: Construction Works and Services, Borehole Drilling.

1.     Current Suppliers and contractors may re-apply In order for Zambia Red Cross to have updated information.

2.    Only successful organizations will be notified after preliminary evaluation and due diligence/site visits will be conducted by authorized Zambia Red Cross staff.

3.   Interested vendors / suppliers must complete the REGISTRATION FORM and submit soft copies in one document as well as hard copies delivered to our premises (with clearly labelled categories — “LOTS”) to the address below.

4.   Applicants should send their company profiles clearly stating the physical address, telephone lines, valid email address, recent bank statements (3 months), ZRA registration, valid tax clearance certificate, certificates of registration/ incorporation, proof of past & current trade references and all relevant statutory documents for the business in a single document in the order mentioned.

5.      Registration does not mean guarantee of business as all suppliers shall be subjected to the competitive process.

6.    The closing date of submission of applications is 14th January 2024, at 17:00 hours CAT. Any submissions made after this date will not be considered.
