Key Responsibilities
• Drive & participate in initiatives to create & enhance awareness & capability among staff to adequately drive all performance management activities
• Provide support to all staff on system navigation and KPI alignment to the business strategy
• Take action to ensure compliance with performance management calendar
• Plan and facilitate performance manage training for all new joiners and run end to end probation process offering support to both the line manager and new joiners.
• Drive the annual wellness activity calendar as well as the Employee Assistance Program activities to ensure general wellbeing of all staff
• Monitor and support the business on rotations both inter and intra departmental as well as interOpco secondments
• Administer and support Group and Local surveys, by sending out communications, monitoring response rates and compiling and producing reports for dissemination and presents reports as requested.
• Provides input for the preparation of accurate and informative monthly and any adhoc report related to HR as required by the supervisor.

• A first degree in Human Resources management or any other relevant field
• At least 2 – 3 years in a reputable company preferably in Telecommunications or related industry
• At least 2 years’ experience with performance management policies and systems
