JOB DETAILS:
Position Overview:
• The Consultant/Independent Contractor will facilitate the coordinated documentation and delivery of the final End of Project Report. The consultant is expected to report the review under the Prevention, Care and Treatment, supply chain, and capacity-building activities in relation to the project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• To work with all the advisors to ensure the successes and achievements are correctly documented.
• To identify and document gaps, challenges, and constraints that prevented the project from achieving its goals
• To formulate recommendations regarding the performance of the project
• To finalize and submit the final End of project report

Qualifications:
• A master’s degree in Public Policy, International Development, Development; Economics/Planning, Economics, Public Administration, and Management and in any other related university degree.
• Extensive expertise, knowledge, and experience in the field of evaluation of development and programs
• At least 10 years of experience in working with international organizations and donors;
• Experience in program formulation, monitoring, and evaluation;
• Fluency and Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
