Job Title: Continual Improvement Senior Officer (Contract) NCBT
Level: 4.II
Reports To: National Center for Blood Transfusion Division Manager

Job Description
• Coordinate planning activities.
• Identify and address gaps impeding proper attainment of NCBT mission
• Develop and ensure execution of NCBT training and capacity building program
• Coordinate elaboration of NCBT strategic and operational plans
• Monitor and evaluate strategic activities and budget execution
• Ensure data for NCBT performance indicators are collected, reported and analyzed in a defined interval and corrective and preventive actions are taken
• Review assessment reports and is consulted in determining appropriate corrective action(s) to improve performance
• Explore opportunities in capacity building both on national and international level for NCBT staff
• Coordinate research and continual improvement of NCBT
• Establish strategies to ensure safe transfusion in Rwanda
• Liaise NCBT and Health facilities and establish training program in transfusion medicine
• Perform any other duties assigned by superiors.
Job Profile
Bachelors Degree in General Medicine. Having worked in Blood transfusion services is an added advantage. Computer skills and statistical tools highly recommended
