JOB DETAILS:
The Required Skills for this Role Include:
• Assisting the production Shift Supervisor and the senior production Supervisor in achieving the set production targets in accordance with the quality standards.
• Taking up responsibility for the production process during his shift.
• Responsible for raw material reclaiming during his shift.
• Ensuring that supervisor batch reports are filled correctly.
• Ensuring that products produced are done in line with company’s quality standards and specifications.
• Ensuring that reworks are reworked according to instructions.

The Required Qualifications are:
• Grade 12 certificate.
• Must be computer literate.
• 2 years’ experience in stock feed industry will be an added advantage.

The Required Attributes Include:
• Ability to operate various plant/machinery and equipment.
• Ability to communicate and delegate work to subordinates.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-management skills.
• Time management skills (achieves objectives within given time limits)

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: Professional Certificate
