Job Description
• Coordinate all activities of the Youth Centre;
• Mobilize funds for youth empowerment;
• To ensure the integration of Youth Centre activities in district plan of action;
• To represent the youth centre in all activities at Sector and District level;
• To ensure the efficient mobilization and sensitization of youth on Youth centre activities;
• To ensure the effective use of funds, documents and equipment/materials of center;
• To conduct monitoring and evaluation of activities at the level of community;
• To prepare different reports and ensure that they are submitted to the concerned authorities on time;
• To sensitize youth on the fight against, drug abuse, HIV/AIDS, reproductive health promotion and youth empowerment;
• To collaborate with local authorities, other partners and all implementing agencies to promote youth development.
Job Profile
A0 in Social Works, Clinical Psychology, Physical Education and Sport.
Key Technical Skills & Knowledge required:
• Extensive knowledge in Youth, Sports and Culture
• Good knowledge of government policy making processes;
• Analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Organizational Skills;

• High analytical Skills;
• Complex Problem Solving;

• Team working Skills;
• Fluent in Kinyarwanda, English and/ or French; knowledge of all is an advantage
