JOB DETAILS:
Kukula Capital is a leading investment and advisory firm in Lusaka, Zambia focused on impact investments. Founded in 2009, we are deeply rooted in Zambia, which we believe offers unique opportunities for impact investments at scale. Our business covers 3 areas, namely Direct Investment, Corporate Finance and Asset Management.

• You will head the preparation corporate finance documentation such as financial models, market studies, information memorandums, transaction documents etc.
• You will support management in souring and marketing new transactions
• You will be reporting to the Managing Director and oversee a team of 3 associates/analyst

Experience and Qualifications
• MBA in Finance/Economics or CFA, or equivalent
• At least 10 years’ experience in corporate finance or direct investments in Zambia or the region.

Experience in Months: 120

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
