JOB DETAILS:
Job Description
To provide tactical direction and assume end-to-end responsibility for all aspects of sales and client services for in area of responsibility
• Provide input into the budget and manage and report on budget usage that reflects delivery of planned work within agreed parameters
• Manage team performance in achievement of business objectives
• Participate in planned activities that are appropriate for own and employee development
• Compile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisions
• Ensure development and continuous value add improvement to operational processes
• Manages risks in own area of responsibility
• Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation
• Creates solutions to meet customer demands to deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards
• Deliver customer experience excellence in own service delivery aligned to Organisational values and service standards
• Identify and utilise opportunities for revenue growth to deliver on sales targets
• Control expenditure and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs
• Define a national portfolio growth strategy in line with predetermined growth targets, which are determined on an annual basis through conducting competitor analysis, providing innovating new value propositions and focusing on new as well as cross sell opportunities
• Track, control and influence sales activities with the specific aim to achieve previously determined National sales targets
• Implement client retention strategies effectively and report on the effectiveness thereof for future improvement
• Develop and implement tactical service strategy
