We are recruiting!
Our client in Zambia is looking for a Country Manager Human Capital Operations to joining their team for a job vacancy within the banking industry.

Description Focus
1. Management of Human Capital’s operational activities
2. Initiation, development and deployment of programme, project and change initiatives
3. Management of shared services and the bank’s HC platform
4. Facilitation of adherence to governance and control framework and processes
5. Internal and external stakeholder engagement
6. Effective teamwork, self-management and alignment with group values
Education and Qualifications
• Relevant business degree; post-graduate degree preferred
Experience
• 5-7+ years’ Human Capital generalist experience with a proven track record in a senior HC role
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 60
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
