JOB DETAILS:
The Required Skills for this Role Include:
• Receiving customer orders via purchase order, email, mobile, or verbally over the counter and ensuring that these are logged in the Novatek’s CRM system. (This means attending to calls on the customer-dedicated mobile line at all times).
• Entering all orders into the Novatek sales Order book and communicating the Internal Sales order number back to the customer for future reference/follow-up by the customer.
• Entering all manual sales orders into the Sales Order Schedule based on the day they are due or delivery. Ensuring that this order schedule is updated on a daily basis and communicated to all relevant internal departments.
• Ensuring blue copies of Novatek Manual Sales orders are handed over to the sales office to start planning invoicing and delivery of orders on the due date.
• Daily follow-up with the sales officer to ensure that orders scheduled for invoicing and delivery have been invoiced or are being loaded.
• Communicating to customers progress with regards to the status of their orders and likely time of delivery, especially if there are likely to be delays in delivery of the customer order.
• Closing out and archiving of manual orders once orders have been completed.
• Can issue Invoices in the absence of the Sales Officer.
• Any other duties as assigned by superior or senior management.

The Required Qualifications are:
• Full grade 12 certificate with 5 credits.
• Diploma in Sales & Marketing, General Agriculture, Animal Science or any related field.
• 2 years’ work experience in a feed manufacturing company.
