JOB DETAILS:
Job Description:
We are seeking two dynamic individuals to join our team as a Customer Service/Social Media Content Creators. This role requires a combination of excellent customer service skills, creative flair, and proficiency in digital content creation. As the voice of our brand, you will engage with our audience across various social media platforms while providing top-notch customer support.

Responsibilities:
• Manage customer inquiries and provide timely and helpful responses via social media channels, email, and other communication channels.
• Create engaging and innovative content for our social media platforms, including but not limited to posts, stories, and videos.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and execute social media campaigns that align with our brand identity and goals.
• Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and feedback to optimize content strategy and improve customer experience.
• Utilize your video editing skills to produce high-quality videos that showcase our products/services and tell compelling stories.
• Assist in developing and maintaining a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is required.
• Proven ability to create captivating content for social media platforms.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and an understanding of key metrics.
• Passion for staying updated on the latest social media trends and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
• Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
