JOB DETAILS:
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a creative and capable Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing daily digital advertising and promotional activities. Applicants should possess exceptional visual design skills, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and maintain sensitivity to the latest design trends.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Design and produce a variety of digital advertising materials, including but not limited to social media ads, email marketing, website banners, and promotional videos.
– Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative solutions aligned with marketing strategies and brand guidelines.
– Manage and maintain brand consistency across all designs, ensuring they align with the company’s brand image.
– Participate in creative meetings to provide visual creative support for various marketing activities and advertisements.

**Requirements:**
– A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
– At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, with a preference for those experienced in digital advertising.
– Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
– Strong project management and time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects under tight deadlines.
– Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
– Keen insight into design trends, able to apply innovative design ideas to practical work.
