JOB DETAILS:
The Exclusive on Mugoti is looking for Direct Sales Agents (Commission Based Pay). As a Direct Sales Agent, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services to potential clients. you will need to drive traffic to our store and promote sales as well as field sales operations, marketing campaigns, and activations.

Job description
1. Meeting, monthly sales targets.
2. Identify and approach potential clients to generate sales
3. Marketing and Selling company products and promoting them aggressively
4. Increasing the clients base and improving market presence
5. Completing regular sales reports and specifying the number of sales made
6. Stay updated on market trends, competitor analysis, and industry best practices.
7. Maintain excellent product knowledge and provide exceptional customer service at all times.

Minimum requirements
1. Proven experience in direct sales
2. Actively seek out and approach potential customers to promote our smartphone sales on credit.
3. Grade 12 certificate
4. Basic computer knowledge and the ability to use digital platforms such as social media and online marketing tools.
5. Excellent selling, negotiation, and networking skills.
6. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
7. Able to work independently while being a team player All suitably qualified and interested candidates are encouraged
