A Call for Sales Agents We are seeking for detail-oriented, thorough, and organized sales agents to join our growing team. In this position, you will play a key role in sharing information about our company and products. You will find new sales leads, deliver sales strategies, and sell company product. .

Sales Agent Duties and Responsibilities
• Make multiple outbound calls to potential customers
• Share information about company/products
• Meet all quotas for inside and outside sales
• Facilitate future sales
• Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions
• Close sales and lead customer through purchasing process
• Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
• Create and maintain a list/database of prospect clients

• Must be Lusaka Based
• Grade Twelve Certificate
• Ability to ride a loaded bicycle
• Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential customer
• In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry
• Customer focused to gain sales
• Persuasive and goal-oriented
• Comfortable talking to new people all day
• Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
• Sufficient verbal communication skills; able to demonstrate patience and enthusiasm while communicating with potential customers
• Ability to speak a local language
