Job Description
The role of a Direct Sales Agent is a consumer facing role aiming to identify, engage and manage a consumer journey in promoting the Swish Pay App by actively pitching the product, features and ultimately assisting the consumer through their onboarding journey.
What you’ll be doing:
• Enable Customers download the App on their devices,
• Help Customers link the App to their various payment methods
• Educate the customers about the Promotions on the App,
• Educate customers about Loyalty Promo’s
• Enable customers enroll for Loyalty,
• Attain a minimum of 24 consumer led payment transactions weekly.
• Report back to team lead on activities, successful activations and further recommendations promptly.
• Work with the Merchant acquiring teams in possible merchant identification and first line engagement.
Experience
• You must have downloaded the Swish Pay App and familiarized yourself with its features and functionality
• Excellent oral and direct Sales skills
• Must be very conversant with mobile payment applications
