Job title: Direct Sales Agents

Overview
One of Africa’s Biggest Betting Company in Zambia is looking for strong candidates for the positions of Direct Sales Agents (DSAs). This role reports to Territory Sales Manager.
The Betting Company is specialized in the Promotion, Sales and Marketing of Betting Products and Services. We are seeking for people with the right attitude and aptitude to join our very exciting and fast growing and expansion plans and market segments.
Overall Responsibility
As Direct Sales Agent, you will oversee the full spectrum of customer recruitment and acquisition, trade marketing activities, training and education, support and relationship management in a given territory.

Main Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Customer recruitment and acquisition through activations as per the set criteria.
• Planning and executing market storms.
• Supporting all Trade Marketing activities in the assigned Territory.
• Customer training and education in the assigned Territory.
• Promoting Betting Products and Services awareness in the assigned Territory.
• Supporting Betting Brand awareness and image activities in the areas of operation in the assigned Territory.
• Relationship Management with the company’s Regional and Area Sales Team.
• Management and rollout of new market segment of operations.
• Daily Sales, trade marketing, brand and customer training and education tracking and reporting.

Education and Qualifications:
• Certificate/ Diploma/Bachelor of Degree in Relevant Business Environment or the equivalent.

Experience:
• 2+ years’ experience.
