JOB DETAILS:
Direct Sales Agents
Duties
• Manage tasks assigned to in a diligent manner, ensuring the safe and secure handling of all customer and company items as assigned by management
• Coordinate duties that relate to the business of the Company and ensure that customers have a good experience.
• Ensuring that any issues they are not able to resolve are escalated to management.
• In all respects comply with all lawful directions given by or under the authority of the Company
• Use best endeavors to promote, develop and extend the business and the interests of the Company
Requirements
• At least a Certificate or Diploma in an business related field;
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively
• Previous experience in sales will be an advantage.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills
• Excellent phone and presentation skills
