Our client, a Micro Finance organization is looking for enthusiastic Direct Sales Agents to go out and sell their products.
Reporting Structure
Reporting to: Sales Manager
Supervision of: NA
Interacts with: External Client and internal Managers

Job Description
• Direct Marketing of loans and other products to potential clients
• Meet set targets
• Make sales calls
• Identifying opportunities for the sale of financial products
• Consolidating the database of potential customer
• Elaborating individual sales plans
• Opening loan applications based on Banks Eligibility Criteria
• Collecting ID copies and any other relevant documentation
• Must be ready to work on commission
• Must have a Mobile phone with WhatsApp capability

• Qualifications: Any College experience
• Software: MS Office
• Equipment: Work related
• Knowledge of: Creating potential sales database
