JOB DETAILS:
Reports to: Deputy Executive Director

Job Purpose:
To direct, supervise, control and coordinate training in Postgraduate Studies Division in order to enhance individual and organizational development.

Knowledge and Skills Required
• Five (5) ‘O’ Levels or higher acceptable at a University.
• BA/BSc Degree in Business Administration, Financial Management or
Management Science or any other relevant field, preferably with merit.
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Financial Management or
Management Science or any other relevant Field.
• A PhD Degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, Management
Science or any other relevant field will be an added advantage.
• Minimum Academic Rank of Lecturer I
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Evidence of publications in area of specialization.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to produce complex or highly technical reports.
• Analytical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Computation/numerical skills.
• Decision making skills
• Ability to set strategic goals and objectives to guide the administration of a directorate.
• Member of relevant professional body.
