Report To: The Chief Executive Officer & The Board Job Brief
The Director ICT Division is key in identifying business opportunities, solutioning for clients and implementing the solutions. He/She is required to be abreast with emerging technologies that will give the company a competitive advantage and deliver value to the clients. The Director ICT Division is also responsible for overseeing internal ICT systems, policies, standards and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Create a high performance, innovative, collaborative, continuous learning and improving technology culture
• Lead research, consultancy and implementation in solutioning for cloud computing, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning/Robotic Process Automation, Big Data for client centric solutioning
• Identify technology-related opportunities and risks for delivering the company's services as well as reduce the risk of outside breaches, fraud and compliance
• Recruit, manage and mentor a top-class Development, Cyber Security and Infrastructure teams and create succession metrics
• Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures Manage relationships with partners/vendors & government
• Oversee IT budgets to make sure there are no unnecessary expenditures and manage the IT infrastructure of the company
• Make presentations to the board of directors on innovation, client solutions, business prospects etc.
• Identify competitive advantages and technological trends for the benefit of the company
• Building processes for data protection and quality assurance
• Negotiating contracts with clients for installing new and supporting existing technology and training clients on its use

Skills and qualifications
• Previous held a role as tech lead, Engineering Manager or CIO/CTO role BSc in Computing/Information Technology/Computer Science
• MSc in Computer Science or related qualification will be added advantage
• Experience from a start-up and fin-tech environment or payment tech company will be an added advantage.
• Experience from building large scale solutions/infrastructure/Architecture Experience in dealing with large amounts of customer data
• Experience in building web and mobile applications.
• Commercial and business understanding
