Who are we?
Media 365 is a 100% female owned, award-winning creative consultancy agency. Based in Lusaka, Zambia, we work with local and global clients in the public, private and non-profit sectors since 2008. We design and implement projects and campaigns using a design process that creates impact.
The Content Unit is primarily responsible for producing print, audio and visual materials in line with client expectations and required delivery format.
The Content Unit works with a variety of clients, on both long term production pieces and one-off commission work.
Media 365 has a core team of staff who work under the Content Unit, but from time to time will engage the services of Consultants and Freelancers to support the delivery of various project objectives and deliverables.
We are seeking ambitious, hardworking and creative freelancers to occupy various roles in our Production Crew.

Director of Photography
The Director of Photography works closely with the Director to bring the director vision to life. They are visual storytellers, the DOP helps tell the story through artistic and technical decisions regarding lighting, shot selection, and camera operation, in coordination with the Director. The DOP works with the director to determine the tone of the episode, determine the color palette with the production design team (if necessary). On location the DOP identifies natural light, or lack of, and ensures there is space and set up to bring the visual look and feel to life. The DOP then works with the director to block the shots, set up the framing and compositions and coordinates with the other camera operators to get the right look and feel.

Working closely with all members of the team, expect this to be full on, exciting and results oriented. You will be required to work with all other members in Media 365 content unit.
