JOB DETAILS:
Our Client, a Multi-National company in the Agricultural industry is looking for a Dispatch Manager to join their team
Responsibilities
• Running a team of approx. 40 staff, including drivers, assistants and loaders.
• Responsible for all stock in and out of dispatch as well as HR issues with the team and monitoring vehicle maintenance.
• Transport planning
• Liaising with the sales team.
• Liaising with production team
• Stock control
• Dispatch staff, drivers and assistants
Key Skills
• Must be computer literate.
• Organized, technical mindset
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• They also need to have good HR skills to manage the team and be able to follow up on driver issues/ thefts etc.
Qualifications
• Diploma in business management or logistics
• 3 years’ experience in workflow organization or supply chain logistics.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: Associate Degree
