JOB DETAILS:
As a DRIVER SUPERVISOR, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our team of drivers and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our transportation services. Your responsibilities will include managing driver schedules, monitoring performance, and promoting a culture of safety and professionalism. We are looking for a candidate with at least three years of relevant experience and a degree in transport and logistics to join our dynamic team.

It is your job to:
1. Be responsible to manage information of all truck and drivers, collect and report different information to supervisor in time.
2. Be responsible to manage human resource of all drivers, such as arrange schedule, dismiss and recruit new drivers.
3. Be responsible to manage various documents of all trucks and vehicles, renew and apply certificates or license at local authorities which are related to transport business.
4. Fluent English with standard accent will be preferred, be capable to work as interpreter between Chinese managers and Zambian employees or agents who work for the company, especially during negotiation in business.
5. Basic mechanic knowledge, knowing how to use computer software like Microsoft Word and Excel will be required. Be willing to learn those skills in work if you couldn’t.
6. Be willing to comply and cooperate with the foreign manager team. Be capable to work as a team under pressure. Integrity and honesty in good manners would lead to higher salary in your career.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Transport and Logistics or a related field.
• A minimum of three years of experience in a supervisory role in the transportation or logistics industry.
• Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using transportation management software and tools.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Age 30 years and above.
