Description
Job Responsibilities
• To receive, process and review and authorize all internet banking service requests on new accounts
• To receive, process and review and authorize all internet banking service requests on existing accounts
• To ensure that Internet banking functionality is activated within stipulated timelines for Retail, Corporate and SME accounts
• To oversee Customers and Branch users set up on Payflexi system
• Liaise with Commercial and Corporate Operations for customer set up on Payflexiswitch
• To resolve Internet banking and other assigned channels related queries and ensure efficient resolution
• To prepare all relevant periodic reports on assigned channels as required
• Creation / authorization of users on SMARTPAY and eNAPSA
• To ensure timely submission of payment systems returns to Bank of Zambia
• to ensure timely funds transfer for Merchants hosted by other banks (DDACC files processing)
• Manage Stock balances on Mtn, Zamtel and Zesco
• To ensure that deferred accounts for branch 083 and all branches are corrected as they happen.
• Manage and respond to all queries logged in Ameyo Sysaid and act as the first line support
• Manage and resolve all Channel Related queries Pan Bank
• Manage Account maintenance queries.
• Manage Digital Salary processing and related queries
• Process uploads, authorize entries and perform call overs

Requirements
Qualifications/Experience
Education:
• Degree in any business-related field
• Minimum Experience: 5 years

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
