JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities:
• Teach early childhood education courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that meet the curriculum standards for early childhood education.
Provide mentorship and guidance to students, fostering a deep understanding of child development and early learning strategies.
Assess student performance through assignments, practical work, and exams.
Participate in curriculum development and enhancement initiatives specific to early childhood education.
Stay updated with the latest research, teaching methodologies, and best practices in early childhood education.
Assist in the development of academic resources, including tests, assignments, and course materials.
Participate in departmental activities, academic research, and community outreach initiatives.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (required).
Advanced Degree: Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (required).
PhD: A Doctorate (PhD) in Early Childhood Education or a related discipline is an added advantage.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching or working in the field of early childhood education.

Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of early childhood education theories, practices, and child development principles.
Experience with diverse learning environments and inclusive education practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Strong commitment to fostering the academic and social-emotional development of young learners.
