JOB DETAILS:
Christ Hill Academy is a starting up school in a serene and tranquil environment in the heart of Chilanga.
Our goal is to always endeavor to provide a stimulating and exciting learning atmosphere for both learners and Staff. As a school our goal and objective is to ensure our graduates are not only academically able but that they are also good at hands-on skills.
Hence, a vacancy has arisen for EARLY CHILDHOOD TEACHER. .

Job Responsibilities:
• To implement and deliver an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for students and to support a designated curriculum as appropriate.
• To facilitate and encourage a learning experience which provides students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential.
• The appointee will report to the School Manager and directly contribute to all areas of teaching and learning as well as supporting in other areas such as boarding and extra curricular activities.

• Highly motivated and willingness to continue learning
• Resilient and responds well to challenge
• Have high expectations for all young people including a commitment to ensuring that they can achieve their full educational potential and to establishing fair, respectful, trusting, supportive and constructive relationships with them
• Able to work with very limited supervision

Job Qualifications:
1. Minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Teaching
2. Female and must be between 20-25 years of age.
3. Must be willing to relocate.
4. Good spoken English
5. Experience Teaching phonics is a must
6. Teaching Council of Zambia Membership.
